Question by Can Crasher: Is there at home drug testing kits?
I am wondering if its possible to go to my local pharmacy and purchase a drug testing kit. I have some suspicions about my bf, and wanted to confirm for myself if he’s using drugs.
If you know anything about these kits, please let me know. I need to know, how you use them and what type of drugs they can confirm. And also if they are bought over or under the counter.

I don’t want to hire an attorney to draft the whole thing. I rather find a good drug testing policy template and then give the attorney to review it. That way it will be quicker (and I bet 90% cheaper). Any ideas where I can find a template corporate drug testing policy. Something reliable. I would not mind paying a little for a good template to start. I just can not pay -5k for the whole thing, we are small company.

There are two methods of testing, they are, CLIA Waived drug test and non-waived drug test.

When the test sample (blood, urine, hair etc) is found positive in the waived drug test, then it is further tested through non-waived drug test.

For any kind of non-waived testing methods, the sample that has been collected for a drug test should meet up with legal needs and get certified by the reliable sample collectors.

Can the employer do the drug testing in Texas or does it have to be done by a drug/alcohol testing company?

I am just curious what they are testing for. Also, I drank about little less than a week ago, and I am under 21. Will it come out on the test?

By the way, this is for a private school, if that makes a difference in the drug tests.

They probably use a general screening which will look for the basics like stimulants, depressants, narcotics and pot. There is a test they can do now that can determine if you’ve consumed alcohol within the last 72 hours by checking for its metabolites.
