The book is amazing as well, with excellent lesson guidelines, which may be used in a group setting or as a teaching tool alone. Doug covers several aspects of sexual health + addiction, and makes even the lay person capable of understanding the two issues as a whole entity, and their impact on a person's journey of recovery.
