My company changed their policy on drug testing yesterday. Now when we have to take a drug test it will be administered on-site by a manager and its done with a swab in the mouth. Now last time I checked you had to be certified to give a drug test and isnt it illegal to do a saliva test without a court order since thats how they test DNA? Am I correct with this?

No because you have the right to say no to the drug test and they have the right to fire you for saying no. However it is illegal to force you to do a drug test without a court order.
